• No personal video data: All video processing is performed locally on your device. We never upload, access, or store your videos, images, or audio files on any server.
• Purchase information: If you purchase ClearCut Pro, Apple handles all payment processing through the App Store. We receive a purchase confirmation but do not have access to your payment details.
• Analytics (optional): We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as which features are most popular) to improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Contact information: If you contact us via email for support, we collect your email address and the content of your message to respond to your inquiry.

ClearCut may interact with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and In-App Purchase processing. Apple's privacy policy applies to transactions made through the App Store.
• FFmpeg: ClearCut uses FFmpeg for local video processing. FFmpeg runs entirely on your device and does not transmit any data.
• yt-dlp: Used for the video download feature. Downloads are performed directly between your device and the video hosting platform. We do not route or proxy these downloads.

6. Children's Privacy

ClearCut is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Your Rights

Since ClearCut processes all data locally and collects minimal information, most data protection rights are inherently satisfied. You can delete the App and all associated local data at any time. If you have contacted us via email, you may request deletion of your correspondence by emailing us.
